Private Development Partnership – Auric Projects ensured that both clients needs were met and communications flowed smoothly. Given the adversarial nature of the LEC approval process, both partners had to be engaged in the process and satisfied through the whole project. Auric Projects ensured this was achieved by working together with each of them ensuring they acted as a cohesive partnership.
Galston Grange is a retirement living project that received a Site Compatibility Certificate from the Department of Planning NSW, allowing the land to be zoned for higher density retirement development. The project is designed over two blocks of land covering 4 hectares and included 76 dwellings and communal amenities.
