A high quality residential development containing 18 apartments and three penthouses. The site is in an old quarry which required a complex access solution with vehicles and pedestrians entering the building on the roof and travelling down. Auric came to the project after the termination of the original builder and took on full construction responsibility, managing all trades and finishing design to bring the job to a close within very tight budget and time constraints.
